Maria
Rogner’s sales career spans more than 25 years in
the financial industry as a consistent top-performing individual contributor
and business development manager.
As Optria’s Executive Vice President, Sales, Rogner is responsible
for establishing the company’s sales strategies, business development,
managing the sales organization and coordinating marketing initiatives.
Rogner has been instrumental in helping financial institutions—and
financial service providers—increase their profits and market
share through needs-based solution selling.
Rogner began her career with Unisys Corporation, selling
both individual departmental solutions as well as complex total banking
solutions for both in-house and outsourced delivery. Responsibilities
also included managing their
largest channel partner relationship. She then joined Kirchman Corporation
as a sales executive responsible for selling
in-house core systems for competitive replacements and establishing
channel partners for outsource delivery to increase the company’s
geographic footprint and market share. She later joined Jack Henry
and Associates as a sales executive where she successfully grew the
Jack Henry presence in the Northeastern United States through new client
core sales, competitive replacements, cross-selling additional product
to existing clients and
customer relationship management resulting in strong customer loyalty.
Most recently, Rogner was National Sales Manager, Community Banking
with Metavante Corporation, where she was responsible for developing
and implementing the organization’s sales strategies, selling
complex end-to-end total banking solutions and leading the sales team
to consistently exceed their goals and objectives.
