Digital delivery

The electronic document comes from the same production run.

Digital statements, notices, and tax documents are generated in the same cycle as print, posted for the account holder, and paired with email notification.

One composition, two channels

Print and digital match because they are the same document.

When the electronic document is produced separately, the two channels drift. Optria composes once and outputs both, so a customer or member looking at a PDF sees what was mailed.

Adoption

Moving account holders to electronic delivery is a production question.

Enrollment messaging can run inside the statements already being produced, so the institution is not paying for a separate mailing to ask people to stop receiving mail.
